Generous donations buy much needed boat for Gulf District

Colonel Andy Westrupp, Territorial Commander for Papua New Guinea Territory dedicated a boat for the Gulf District.   Thank you to Stafford and Hurstville corps in Australia and United States Central Territory for their generous donation in funding the much needed boat.
