Colonel Andy Westrupp and leaders of The Salvation Army in Papua New Guinea took the “UpForSchool” petition to Morata Settlement and offered the parents, of children who are unable to attend school, the opportunity to sign the petition calling on all governments to honour their promises to educate all children.  These parents rushed to sign for their children’s sake. 

All children deserve an education.

No child should be denied an education.
