South Pacific Games has made a big difference in our nation Papua New Guinea.  It has brought together 24 nations.  The government  and corporate bodies invested millions to build new facilities for games.  The new facilities have changed the look of Port Moresby.    The theme of the games is “Unity is name of our games”  Psalms 133v1

The churches as the Body of Christ joined to provide pastoral care at the International Zone at the Games village.

Major Bugave Kada and Major David Vele had an opportunity to meet with Solomon Islands Team Manager Mr Ronald to give gifts on behalf of The Salvation Army Papua New Guinea.  In conversation with him, Major Kada said  “the games has brought us together united in one, sharing the one common goal that Jesus is King, Lord of Lord and King of the Pacific. Take God as your gold to your country.
